By early 1993, sales of Bar-X had passed the 20,000 marks. Today Electrocoin, largely under the Bar-X brand, continues to produce new machines and electronic games. Coinciding with its 35th anniversary in 2016, it released the Bar-X Deluxe app for the iPhone and iPad to appeal to a new generation of players whilst retaining its classic format. A second mobile app, Bar-X Card Crazy is the latest addition to its mobile range, offering what it claims is "the most comprehensive and genuine fruit-machine gameplay experience on a mobile"
