Cada tirada consiste en el lanzamiento de los 5 dados con la intención de alcanzar distintas categorías, de acuerdo al número saliente se puede formar una categoría si no se logra alcanzar una satisfactoria en el primer lanzamiento se pueden apartar los dados útiles y tomar los demás para tirarlos una segunda vez en esta segunda tirada se puede apartar los más convenientes y juntarlos con los ya apartados para finalmente tirar el resto por última vez con lo que termina la jugada. Si en un único tiro se logró una categoría a esto se le llama tiro servido y puede ocurrir en cualquiera de las tres tiradas de cada turno siempre y cuando se lancen los cinco dados a la vez el tiro servido es para todas las categorías excepto las del 1 al 6. Para jugar primero se establece el orden de cada jugador cada uno tirará 1 o 2 grados y se tomará nota del valor total estableciendo así cada una de las posiciones, a continuación se prepara la planilla en donde cada jugador irá anotando sus puntajes según los valores obtenidos en cada jugada. Las categorías posibles son las siguientes: Números del 1 al 6: aquí se anota la suma de números iguales según corresponda en la planilla de categorías para calcular el puntaje correspondiente a estas categorías se deben sumar los números iguales por ejemplo si un jugador tira 3 dados con el número 5 se sumara 5 5 para 5 igual a 15 este resultado se anotará en la casilla correspondiente al número 5 Categoría doble: Esta jugada se completa formando dos grupos de dos dados iguales y uno distinto por ejemplo dos dados con el número 42 con el número 5 y el restante con cualquier otro número se anota 15 puntos si es servida es decir si se logra en una tirada con todos los datos a la vez y 10 puntos si la jugada se arma en dos o tres tiros Categoría escalera: se forma con una progresión de números hay tres posibilidades del 1 al 5 del 2 al 6 y de 3 al 1 o escalera a las se anota 25 puntos si es servida y 20 puntos si es armada Categoría full: se logra obteniendo dos grupos iguales uno con tres dados del mismo número y otro grupo con dos dados iguales se anota 35 puntos sigue a ser vida y 30 puntos si es armada Categoría poker: esta categoría se forma con cuatro dados iguales y uno distinto se anotan 45 puntos si es servida y 40 puntos si es armada Categoría general: se logra cuando obtenemos los 5 dados iguales ya sean dos o tres tiros se anota 50 puntos Categoría General a doble: esta categoría se logra si obtenemos por segunda vez los cinco dados iguales en dos o tres tiros se anotan 100 puntos Generala servida: cuando un jugador logra la generala servida automáticamente gana el juego. Cabe destacar que una vez lograda una categoría ésta se considera cerrada es decir que si el jugador la repite no la podrá volver a anotar ni corregir de esta manera tendrá que buscar otra categoría que aún no haya logrado en el tiro que vemos en pantalla el jugador no puede anotar la categoría doble ni la categoría de número 2 ni la de 3 ya que las tres categorías están usadas, entonces sólo le queda anotar en la categoría de número 5. Si al terminar una jugada la persona no puede armar ninguna de sus categorías abiertas deberá elegir alguna y tachar la casilla correspondiente con lo que quedará cerrada. Una vez completadas todas las categorías por todos los jugadores se sumarán los puntos de cada uno el que sume la mayor cantidad ganará el juego.
