Graduado en la ENERC (Escuela Nacional de Experimentación y Realización Cinematográficas, en Buenos Aires, Argentina) en la especialidad de realizador cinematográfico, es además “Licenciado en enseñanza de artes audiovisuales” en la UNSAM (Universidad de San Martín). Cursó estudios de filosofía y letras en la UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires), y completó sus estudios cinematográficos en la FEMIS (Paris, Francia). Fue asistente de dirección de Leonardo Favio en “Gatica el mono”, y de Hugo Santiago en “La fábula de los continentes”. Ha ejercido la labor docente en numerosas escuelas y universidades de España y Argentina, ha escrito y dirigido más de treinta cortos y mediometrajes de ficción, realizado series y documentales para Discovery Channel, y es autor de cinco novelas y de un sinnúmero de guiones y cuentos.
