ACENTO VEINTIUNO No obstante el vídeo que fue reproducido a nivel nacional e internacional por el gobernador Medina, es detenido justamente al momento de que los atacantes se retiran, pero que de acuerdo a declaraciones de diversos testigos y las imágenes del video presentado por esta casa editorial, de haber continuado unos segundos más la reproducción de la cinta de seguridad, quedarían expuestas las pruebas que pondrían al descubierto la complicidad por acción u omisión de los uniformados que se supone, deberían perseguir de manera inmediata y en flagrancia a los sospechosos, incluyendo dar la voz de alerta para iniciar la persecución que nunca se efectuó. No obstante la autoridad pide cooperación de la comunidad nacional, para lograr la captura de los "terroristas" atacantes de Casino Royal, ofreciendo 30 millones de pesos para su localización y aprehensión, no obstante la policía regiomontana, estuvo a solo unos pasos de ellos para su captura, pero prefirió "no actuar".
